Meet Tausha Taylor!
Q: What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
A: I was prom queen at my high school, which I think is quite funny. Go Triway Titans class of 02!
Q: What are two of your favorite hobbies?
A: I love to go camping and hiking. I looking forward to buying a small camper so I can do more traveling next year.
Q: What gets you out of bed every morning?
A: My family is my biggest motivation. My wife Amber and our twin daughters Quinn and Nora are what drives me to be successful. I want to do everything I can to make sure my daughters have a bright future in whatever they choose.
Q: Do you have any pets? What are their names and what are they like?
A: I have a 15-year-old dog named Chloe, she is a Pekingese and Shi Tzu mix and has been the most loyal and sweet family member We recently added a kitten named Theodora Coconut (Teddy Coco for short). The poor kitten was named by my daughters and they adore her.
Q: What kind of activities do you like to do with your friends or family?
A: I enjoy going to concerts and local sporting events (pre-covid). I look forward to any time spent with family now that these opportunities are so limited.
Q: What was your favorite vacation?
A: Disney World is so much fun and I can’t wait to go back. My most recent vacation was Gatlinburg, Tennessee and it was beautiful there.
Q: Before working at your current job, what was the most interesting job you had?
A: I worked at the Wooster Brush Company for a couple of years after high school. It was where I got my first introduction into light industrial work and I absolutely loved working in a warehouse and driving a tow motor.
Q: What is your favorite thing about your job?
A: Helping people find a job that ends up becoming a career path for them. Seeing someone learn, grow and gain confidence in their skill set is pretty rewarding.
Q: What advice would you give to someone looking for a job right now?
A: Come and talk to us! So many people don’t realize that we are able to place them in positions with a focus on becoming a permanent employee.
Q: What do you find most rewarding about your job?
A: I get to keep our employees’ best interests in mind. When someone calls, I make sure I’m placing someone in the best position possible based on their location, skill set, and pay rate they’re looking for. With many clients in our area, I think that’s what makes us unique. We have options and care about the people we work with.
